Role : HR Professional Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and onboard top talent.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Lead diversity and inclusion efforts, fostering an open and inclusive workplace culture. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.). Proficient level of English to ensure effective communication within a diverse workplace.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to understand and balance the needs of both employees and the organization.

Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures, with a proactive approach to learning and development. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels within the organization.
